* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing; strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
3. Staff People Development
* Key Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training KPIs, oversee LMS documentation, and assist in talent development strategies.

4. Production Supervisor
