1. Management Trainee (MT)
This program is designed for ambitious graduates seeking to fast-track their professional growth within a leading manufacturing environment.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics).
* Graduated from a reputable institution with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00).
* Maximum age of 25 years as of April 2026.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Proven track record in leadership and collaborative teamwork.

2. Accounting Staff (Fixed Assets)
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our financial integrity regarding company assets.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage fixed asset documentation, verify physical assets, handle depreciation schedules, and support internal/external audit processes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience in fixed asset management. Must be highly proficient in Excel and demonstrate strong analytical reporting skills.
3. PPIC Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the synchronization between material availability and production demands.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor local and imported material schedules, ensure supply chain continuity, and coordinate with Production, QC, and R&D departments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in PPIC or Material Planning. Proficiency in ERP systems and MRP planning is mandatory.
4. Chemical Analyst
Join our laboratory team to ensure the quality and safety of our chemical processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct chemical analysis of process solutions, perform laboratory sampling, report testing outcomes accurately, manage WTP waste from plating processes, and maintain demineralized water installations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Analysis. Must be disciplined, analytical, and comfortable performing duties within the production environment.
5. Database Administrator
This role ensures the reliability of our internal systems to support efficient project execution.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update data within the SAP system, perform regular data cleansing, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure record accuracy.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of project administration experience, specifically involving SAP implementation.
