TASPEN is seeking experienced individuals who are ready to elevate their careers and contribute to a national-scale digital transformation. Below are the specialized technical roles currently available.
1. Senior System Administrator (SAP BASIS)
This role is designed for experts who can oversee the stability, performance, and scalability of complex SAP environments.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering.
* Expertise in installation, tuning, and optimization of SAP products, including SAP ECC, RISE, S4/HANA, Fiori, PO, and BW/BI (on-premise and cloud).
* In-depth knowledge of databases such as HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, and DB2.
* Proficiency in operating systems including Linux (SUSE), Windows, and Unix.
* Proven skills in system upgrades, migration, backup, and restore.
* Advanced knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery protocols.
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator.
* Must hold SAP certifications: SAP OS/DB Migration, SAP HANA 2.0, S/4HANA Conversion and System Upgrade, SAP Authorization and Auditing, and RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Architecture.
2. Junior Programmer (.Net Core TDES)
We are looking for a developer with a solid foundation in modern web architecture to support our internal applications.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Deep understanding of the .NET Core framework, including architecture, API development, and client-server applications using ASP.NET Core.
* Capability to write efficient SQL queries for data manipulation within SAP HANA databases.
* Minimum of 5 years as a web developer.
* Previous experience implementing Web Applications within a BUMN or insurance-related corporate environment is highly preferred.
3. Senior Programmer ABAP (SAP ABAPER)
The Senior ABAP Programmer will be responsible for creating robust custom solutions and integrating complex SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Advanced mastery of ABAP programming, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
* Solid understanding of SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), HR (Human Resource), and FI (Financial Accounting).
* Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and SAP HANA database querying.
* Familiarity with SAP PI/PO integrations.
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 is considered a strong advantage.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in ABAP development projects.
* Must hold a minimum certification of "ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.4" or equivalent.
