Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our site-based team as a Training Clerk.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Training Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our site-based educational programs. You will work closely with the HRGA department to support technical mining training and administrative workflows.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Database Management: Maintaining accurate training records and managing training schedules.
* Administrative Support: Assisting mining trainers and coordinating with clerks across various departments.
* Documentation: Managing administrative requirements related to Mine Permits and Simper certifications.
* Operational Assistance: Supporting the HRGA department in executing training programs and site-specific environmental or operational activities.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic site environment. To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel.
* Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to database management.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
* Adaptability: A fast learner with the initiative to adapt to a remote mining environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to reside on-site and adhere to the project roster.
## Site Details and Work Roster
This position requires a commitment to a field-based work cycle:
* Roster: 10 weeks on-site, followed by 2 weeks of field break.
* Preferred Location: Priority is given to candidates residing in Central Kalimantan and surrounding areas.
