## Job Role: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Operator to bolster our manufacturing capabilities. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling and fabricating high-standard water solution products that serve critical industries across the region.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Relevant Experience: Prior hands-on experience working as a Fitter is considered a strong advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing standard workshop tools, including grinders and various fabrication equipment.
* Welding Competency: A solid understanding of machinery usage, with practical welding abilities being highly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high levels of personal discipline, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Work Environment: Full readiness to work directly within a fast-paced production floor and adapt to evolving operational demands.
