## Job Overview: Technical Trainer (Factory)
The company is looking for a dedicated Technical Trainer to be based at their facility in Secang, Central Java. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between operational standards and workforce proficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Curriculum Development: Design and execute comprehensive technical training programs tailored for factory personnel.
* Technical Instruction: Provide hands-on training regarding factory machinery, equipment maintenance, and specialized technical processes.
* Assessment and Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training modules and assess participant competency levels to ensure operational readiness.
* Gap Analysis: Proactively identify training requirements based on observed performance gaps on the factory floor.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor program performance and implement enhancements to maintain high standards of technical knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Minimum D4/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Professional Experience: Previous experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
3. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of production machinery, maintenance protocols, and factory operational workflows is essential.
4. Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and presentation abilities to facilitate learning effectively.

## Placement and Working Conditions
* Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Operational Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
* Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
