## Launching Your Career: The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is a specialized two-year career acceleration initiative designed specifically for the company's factory division. This program offers a structured professional path under a service agreement, providing intensive training and exposure to high-level operational management.
1. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Warehouse
This role focuses on the strategic oversight of warehousing operations. Key responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting on all warehouse activities, managing stock opname results, and overseeing the efficient loading, unloading, and receiving of inventory.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, at least one year of experience in warehouse management is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO inventory methods.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed in various regions based on company needs and work within a 3-shift rotation system.
2. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Water Resources
This position is dedicated to the technical maintenance of water resource systems. The successful candidate will ensure all maintenance activities align with established production targets and company standards.
* Education: Minimum D4 or S1 degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of relevant experience is a plus.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and work with Pipe Instrument Diagrams.
