* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
* Experience: Minimum 20 years of total experience in civil engineering, including at least 10 years dedicated to final design review and site construction of supply bases, deep-water ports, and marine infrastructure.
* Key Requirements: Native or professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Strong team management and leadership capability on mega-projects.
2. Contract Specialist
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
