## TAP Management Trainee Program (TMTP) 2026 Overview
The TAP Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. We are looking for talented graduates who are ready to embrace challenges and grow within a dynamic environment.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the TMTP 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree from an accredited institution.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a 30-month (2.5-year) service agreement.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.
## Available Divisions and Academic Backgrounds
We are recruiting talent across multiple technical and administrative departments. Please ensure your educational background aligns with the requirements of the following divisions:
* Agronomy: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests & Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics.
* Sustainability: Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Fire Safety, and Public Health (K3 concentration).
* Infrastructure: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Road/Bridge Engineering.
* Mill & Workshop: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agrotechnology, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
