## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team continues to meet the highest standards of operational quality, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Candidates must hold a Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a field relevant to the position applied for.
* Professional Experience: Applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven working experience in the exact same role.
* Geographic Flexibility: Candidates must be fully willing and prepared to be stationed at our operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
