We are currently inviting dedicated professionals to join our team as a Quality Control (QC) Operator at our Cikarang facility.
## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high manufacturing standards that define the Plasticolors brand. The core responsibilities for this position include:
* Quality Assurance: Verifying that production samples are perfectly aligned with the final product output to ensure consistency across all batches.
* Compliance: Guaranteeing that every product strictly adheres to our established quality benchmarks and internal specifications.
* Corrective Action: Developing and applying corrective formulations when samples fail to meet the required quality thresholds.
* Operational Standards: Executing all daily work procedures in strict accordance with current ISO certifications and safety protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is committed to operational excellence. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Vision Requirements: Must not be color blind.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a Quality Control role is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the masterbatch industry.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of attention to detail, physical resilience, and a proactive work ethic.
* Operational Readiness: Ability to work within a rotating 3-shift system.
* Skill Sets: Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to react quickly to production variables.
