## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently looking for motivated candidates to join our team in the following specialist roles. All candidates must possess a minimum GPA of 2.80 and exhibit proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office.
1. Specialist Trainee POM (Palm Oil Mill)
This role is ideal for those passionate about mill operations, maintenance, and processing.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plantation Product Processing, or Agricultural Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our palm oil mill locations across Indonesia.
2. Specialist Trainee Administration POM
Join our administrative team to ensure the seamless operational efficiency of our palm oil mills.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our palm oil mill locations across Indonesia.
3. Specialist Trainee Electrical & Instrumental POM
A technical role focused on ensuring the reliability of electrical systems and instrumentation.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering (Power/Control Systems).
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a distinct advantage.
* Key Requirements: Proficient understanding of electrical instrumentation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our palm oil mill locations across Indonesia.
4. Specialist Trainee EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) POM
Help us maintain the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance within our facilities.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our palm oil mill locations across Indonesia.
5. Specialist Trainee Field Conductor
This position is dedicated to those who excel in plantation management and field operations.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our oil palm plantation sites across Indonesia.
