This role focuses on maintaining seamless general facility operations while ensuring strict compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily general service activities—including outsourcing personnel, drivers, cleaning services, security, and facility management—to guarantee smooth operations.
* Monitor and enforce general service protocols while conducting routine inspections of corporate assets such as buildings, vehicles, and recreational areas.
* Collaborate with the Area GA team regarding building maintenance, vehicle fleets, regulatory permits, and infrastructure proposals.
