As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a vital role in shaping our human capital. Your core duties will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Managing the entire hiring process from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding experience.
* Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing professional networks, LinkedIn, digital job portals, and social media platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements
