## Functional Positions (FE)
These roles encompass administrative and operational support essential to our daily efficiency.
* Admin Risk Management: Manage helpdesk support, maintain PBI/RPA/VM systems, and generate KRI reports. Requires D3 Informatics Engineering and expertise in Power BI/Robotic Process Automation.
* Admin Tax & Filing: Handle tax reconciliations, tax invoice collection, payments, and document filing. Requires a D3 in Taxation or Accounting with at least one year of experience.
* Admin Information Technology (IT): Oversee budget planning, vendor selection, procurement, and asset management. Requires an S1 degree and one year of administrative experience.
* Secretary: Manage schedules for the Board of Directors and General Managers, and handle office supply requirements. D3/S1 required.
* CSR Sustainability Analyst: Develop, implement, and evaluate CSR sustainability programs while managing stakeholder relations. S1 in Environmental Engineering, Sociology, or Social Welfare.
* Admin Vendor Helpdesk: Manage vendor billing documentation. Requires SMA in Accounting and familiarity with SAP.
* Admin Strategic Project: Execute activities related to strategic vendor sourcing and sub-contracting. D3 in Engineering required.
* IT Business Improvement: Analyze business processes, recommend technological innovations, and monitor KPIs. S1 in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
* Parts Supply Chain Officer (PSCO): Analyze inventory levels at branches/sites. Requires D3/D4 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics.
* Tax Accounting Staff: Prepare tax provisions, identify legal tax savings, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires S1 Accounting and at least one year of experience.
* Human Capital General Affair (HCCA) Staff: Support recruitment, remuneration, employee engagement, and asset management. D3/S1 in any major.
* Factory Manager: Lead factory operations. Requires 3+ years of experience in an FMCG environment and a degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
* Leader Operasional (Kanitra): Manage business operations for the UT Employee Cooperative. D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Communications.
* Admin Marketing: Process Application Commercial Proposal (ACP) data and monitor order intake reports. D3 in Mechanical Engineering required.
* Admin Support: Handle insurance administration (inpatient), vendor payments, and BPJS. D3 in Office Administration.
* Admin Accounting: Oversee the archiving of accounting documents. D3/S1 in Accounting with one year of experience.
* Call Center: Provide solutions for customer requests and complaints while maintaining the call center database. D3/S1 in any major.
* Electrical Drafter: Create 2D and 3D technical drawings for electrical installations. Requires SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering.
