1. General Admin
The General Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operational flow of our daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage, organize, and archive essential corporate documentation.
* Facilitate internal and external correspondence.
* Coordinate meeting schedules, draft minutes, and handle general administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
* Generate comprehensive monthly administrative reports for management review.

Requirements:

* Minimum D3 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a distinct advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High integrity, initiative, and a commitment to the 5S culture (Smile, Greet, Salute, Polite, Mannerly).
* Prior administrative experience is highly preferred.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Aceh, and Tanjung Enim.

2. Service Admin
The Service Admin is responsible for managing the technical documentation and customer interface regarding service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input and manage service orders, claims, and repair reports within the system.
* Issue service receipts and confirm repair status to customers.
* Process warranty claims with principals and vendors.
* Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage.
* Manage both physical and digital service transaction archives.

Requirements:

* Minimum D3 degree in any major.
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/database management.
* Excellent professional communication and organizational abilities.
* Adherence to 5S cultural standards.
* Placement: Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Aceh, and Tanjung Enim.

3. Office Boy
We are looking for diligent individuals to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces, meeting rooms, pantries, and restrooms.
* Provide refreshments for staff and guests.
* Facilitate the internal distribution of documents and goods.
* Maintain office equipment and ensure the availability of supplies.

Requirements:

* Minimum SMA/SMK diploma.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, neat, and professional conduct.
* Possessing a driver’s license (SIM) is considered an asset.

4. Security Personnel
Our security team is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our personnel and corporate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor workspace security and manage entry/exit access.
* Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
* Provide escort and protection services as required.
* Document and report security-related incidents.

Requirements:

* Minimum SMA/SMK diploma.
* Must hold a valid KTA and Gada Pratama security certification.
* Minimum height of 170 cm with proportional body weight.
* Physically active and disciplined.
