## Technical Trainee Programs (Maintenance Division)
PTAR is committed to developing the next generation of mining experts through its comprehensive training and apprenticeship programs. These roles are designed for candidates aged 26 or under who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career within the Processing Maintenance department.
Available Trainee Positions
* Trainee – Crane Truck Operator: Focuses on material handling, plant maintenance support, and safe operational procedures.
* Trainee – Rigger/Scaffolder: Develops skills in industrial assembly, safety compliance, and mechanical maintenance support.
* Trainee – Condition Monitoring: Dedicated to data collection, reliability engineering, and monitoring equipment performance.
* Trainee – Boilermaker/Welder: Offers specialized training in welding techniques (TIG, MIG, MMAW) and structural metal fabrication.
* Trainee – Electrical & Instrumentation: Focuses on the maintenance and installation of complex electrical systems within the processing plant.
* Trainee – Mechanical Trades: Provides foundational knowledge for becoming a skilled mechanical technician.
* Maximum age of 26 years.
* Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK), with a preference for Polytechnic graduates.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong adherence to safety protocols and the ability to follow technical instructions.
* Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and accountability.
## Professional and Supervisory Roles
In addition to our trainee programs, PTAR is seeking experienced professionals to fill critical leadership and operational functions.
Key Vacancies
* Supervisor – Recruitment: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law with 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in mining. Must hold a BNSP supervisor certification and possess strong assessment and leadership skills.
* Officer – Administration 1 (ARO): Essential for safety documentation and Aeronautical Radio Operations. Candidates must hold K3 and ARO certifications with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Junior Supervisor – Project Development: Seeking candidates with 5+ years of mining experience to oversee construction projects and civil earthworks. A degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
* Senior Supervisor – Permitting & Compliance (Technical): Based in Jakarta, this senior role requires a Mining Engineering degree and 10+ years of industry experience to manage complex government compliance and permitting procedures.
