Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Male, holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
2. Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
4. Mobility and Commitment: Must be willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia and reside in company-provided housing during the training period.
5. Dedication: Willingness to commit to a two-year service contract and participate in rigorous, full-time training.
6. Physical Health: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and must not be colorblind.
