## Position Requirements and Working Conditions
Successful candidates will be stationed at our North Konawe site. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, we implement a structured rotation system tailored to the seniority of the role:
1. Superintendent Level: 7 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off (7:2 Roster).
2. Supervisor & Foreman Level: 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off (8:2 Roster).
