1. Management Trainee Program 2026

* Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Design & Drawing: Design 3D mechanical models and assemblies, and produce accurate shop, detail, and fabrication drawings ready for production.
* Product Development & Modification: Perform reverse engineering, component measurements, existing product modifications, and prototype fabrication.
* Material Analysis & Selection: Analyze material strength, weld/bolt joint structures, and determine precise tolerances and material specifications.
* Standardization & Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with technical standards (SNI, ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN) and compile comprehensive technical documents such as Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma Three (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical experience in engineering, design, fabrication, or R&D.
