We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across our various departments and locations.
Production and Engineering Roles
* Production Supervisor (Kitchen Set): Requires a D3/S1 degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Interior Design. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in furniture production, expertise in CNC/cutting machinery, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* Production Supervisor (Assembly): Requires a technical degree with 2 years of supervisory experience in mass-production assembly. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen is essential. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* Leader Production (Coating): Requires a background in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in powder coating or anodizing processes. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* Staff Research & Development (Kitchen): Open to technical or design degrees. We seek individuals with 2 years of R&D experience, particularly with aluminium or kitchen furniture, and proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* Engineer R&D Staff: Requires a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3 years of R&D experience in metal or aluminium manufacturing. Must be adept at 2D/3D technical drafting. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* Product Development Supervisor: Requires an S1 degree in Engineering and 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in engineering software are required. Mandarin language skills are considered an asset. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
Administrative and Estimating Roles
* Estimator: Requires an S1 degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of construction or manufacturing experience. You must be skilled in AutoCAD and project cost estimation software. Positioned in Solo, Central Java.
* Admin PPIC: Requires a D3/S1 degree. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative experience and proficiency in managing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and MS Excel. Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
* PPIC Staff: Requires a technical degree with at least 2 years of PPIC experience specifically in the furniture or kitchen set industry. Candidates must have a strong command of Excel (Pivot/Formulas). Positioned in Cibitung-Bekasi.
Sales and Business Development Roles
* Sales Project (High Rise Building): Open to all education levels (SMA/SMK to S1). We welcome fresh graduates with a passion for B2B sales in the building materials industry. The role requires significant mobility across Bali, Solo, Bandung, or Makassar.
* Sales Partisi: Requires a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing. This role focuses on commercial and retail partition projects and requires a strong network of contractors and developers. Positioned in Bali.
