## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
Are you a legal professional with a strong background in manufacturing labor dynamics? We are looking for an expert to manage our industrial relations and safeguard our corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Foster positive union relations and comprehensive employee relations.
* Draft precise legal opinions and legal standings.
* Draft, review, and evaluate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Handle external affairs and liaise with the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Law.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing environment.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is highly preferred.
* Willingness to be based at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Skill Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of litigation and non-litigation procedures.
* Proficiency in drafting legal opinions, legal standings, and MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
Ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality assurance. We are seeking a meticulous QA specialist to oversee our internal auditing processes and maintain our rigorous compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and execute internal audits alongside annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Compile and recapitulate monthly and quarterly internal audit results.
* Coordinate with relevant department heads regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
* Conduct thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to product safety policies.
* Provide robust support during pre-external audit inspections.
General Qualifications
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in QA internal auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Willingness to be based at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Skill Competencies
* In-depth knowledge of internal auditing frameworks based on ISO 19001:2015 standards.
* Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Point (CCP) protocols.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
