Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our retail operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Financial Recording: Managing and documenting all purchase and sales journals with high precision.
* Inventory and Cash Audits: Conducting regular Stock Opname and Cash Opname procedures to ensure full transparency.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing comprehensive monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
* Transaction Auditing: Reviewing and verifying all transactions within the financial reports.
* Database Management: Organizing and maintaining the company’s internal accounting database.
* Operational Support: Executing additional financial and accounting duties as required by management.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate both technical proficiency and a strong ethical compass. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Experience: Previous experience in a retail or minimarket environment is preferred (minimum 2 years); however, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, specifically the "Accurate" program, is mandatory.
* Fundamental Knowledge: A strong understanding of core accounting principles is required.
