1. R&D Administrator
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth administrative flow of our Research and Development department. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player who excels at organizing complex data and managing internal documentation.
* Managing administrative tasks for contractors and departmental personnel.
* Maintaining rigorous documentation and internal records.
* Assisting the R&D team in operational efficiency.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including English proficiency.
* Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized.
* Priority given to residents of Jambi.
* Must be willing to be stationed in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (Remote Area).
2. Nursery Supervisor (Maintenance)
We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to ensure the peak performance of our nursery facilities. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of plant maintenance, ensuring our production targets are met with precision and quality.
* Overseeing shoot harvesting and cutting activities.
* Supervising critical care tasks, including fertilization, irrigation, and replanting.
* Managing routine maintenance, such as weeding and pesticide application.
* Monitoring plant health and providing detailed progress reports to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agroecotechnology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in nursery operations.
* Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for stool plant care.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a field team.
* Must be willing to be stationed in Jambi (Remote Area).
