1. Quality Control Operator
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure our raw materials meet our rigorous quality standards.
* Male applicant with a minimum education of High School (SMA/K) or equivalent.
* Previous experience in Quality Control, specifically regarding incoming materials, is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical mindset and the ability to operate specialized testing equipment.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Perform systematic sampling and inspection of incoming materials.
* Document inspection findings through detailed reports.
* Verify that all materials align with company-mandated quality specifications.
2. Procurement Supervisor
This role is essential for maintaining our industrial operational efficiency by managing the acquisition of critical components.
* Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on industrial spare parts.
* Sound understanding of industrial automation machinery.
* Excellent negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
* Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process for spare parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items.
* Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the procurement team.

3. Garden Supervisor
