## Who We Are Looking For

* Educational Background: Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Bachelor’s) or 3.25 (Master’s).
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 28 years.
* Work Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with up to two years of professional experience are also welcome.
* Leadership & Initiative: A proven track record of leadership or coordinator roles within university or community organizations is highly valued.
