We are currently seeking motivated professionals to join our team through our Supervisor Development Program (SVDP).
## Role and Responsibilities
As a supervisor in training, you will be a pivotal part of our operational success. Your core duties will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitoring production outputs throughout your assigned shift to ensure all targets are met in strict alignment with the master production plan.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying issues and root causes related to production output, product defects, and waste management to maintain high-quality standards.
* Safety and Efficiency: Leading, directing, and monitoring the implementation of workplace safety protocols and 5S methodologies across your shift.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership potential and technical proficiency. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a production environment are highly preferred.
* Essential Skills: You must possess strong interpersonal communication abilities and proven leadership potential.
* Geographic Requirements: You must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tangerang area.
* Flexibility: You must be fully prepared and willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
