## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Head plays a pivotal role in overseeing our maintenance operations, ensuring that all heavy equipment and fleet vehicles operate at peak efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a workshop or maintenance facility.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols, as well as advanced vehicle and equipment troubleshooting.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, direct, and coordinate a team of mechanics effectively.
* Safety & Administration: Strong grasp of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and maintenance administration processes.
* Operational Skills: Capable of driving and operating commercial trucks with a solid understanding of fundamental vehicle operations.
* Personal Attributes: Highly analytical, disciplined, results-driven, and willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)

Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated experience working as a mechanic on heavy vehicles, with a primary focus on Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Competencies: In-depth understanding of diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical failures, executing repairs, and identifying necessary spare parts using specialized diagnostic tools.
* Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to workplace safety procedures (K3) and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization.
