The Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is tailored to cultivate future leaders across three specialized operational divisions:
* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical planning, design, and optimization of mining operations.
* FGDP – Production: Centered on workflow efficiency, resource extraction management, and meeting operational targets.
* FGDP – Plant: Dedicated to heavy machinery maintenance, reliability, and mechanical asset management.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless transition into our high-performance culture, applicants must meet the following criteria based on their chosen track:
Educational Background
* For Engineering & Production (Tracks 1 & 2): Graduates holding a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mining, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* For Plant (Track 3): Graduates holding a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
General Competencies
* Demonstrates excellent physical and mental health.
* Possesses strong communication skills and a natural leadership mindset.
* Has received the 3rd dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Preference is given to candidates currently residing in East Kalimantan.
* Must be available to attend the in-person recruitment selection process in Samarinda.
