## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an HSE Staff member at PT. Bina Megah Indowood, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our workforce and maintaining a secure, sustainable operational environment. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of safety management tasks, including:
* Policy Implementation: Execute company policies regarding Occupational Health and Safety (K3) alongside environmental protection standards.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to guarantee a hazard-free work environment across all facilities.
* Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks, manage incident responses, and draft comprehensive accident reports when necessary.
* Safety Training: Educate personnel on safety protocols and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company operations strictly adhere to current national HSE laws and local government regulations.

Educational and Technical Prerequisites
* Education: Hold at least a Diploma degree (D3) in a relevant discipline.
Certifications: Must possess an official General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certification (Sertifikat AK3 Umum*).
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of K3 and environmental workflows, as well as prevailing legal regulations.
* Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software.
