Essential Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) in relevant fields, including Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Protection, Soil Science, Environmental Conservation (Position 1, 2, 4); Management, Education, HR Management, Educational Technology (Position 2, 3, 4); or Accounting and Economics (Position 4).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Physical Requirements: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, including color vision.
* Professional Standing: Must not be currently bound by any service obligations to other institutions or companies.
* Commitment: Willingness to enter into a service agreement for a period of 3 years and 6 months, and readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites.
* Passion: A strong interest in the palm oil industry and plantation management.
