Senior Management Roles
* General Manager (Agronomy): Overseeing large-scale plantation operations and strategic oversight.
* Estate Manager (Agronomy): Managing day-to-day estate activities and production targets.
* Mill Manager: Responsible for the technical and operational management of our palm oil processing facilities.
Operational and Supervisory Roles
* Assistant Process: Ensuring efficiency in the milling workflow.

## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain the high standards of the BGP Group, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a field relevant to the applied position.
2. Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role for General Manager, Estate Manager, and Mill Manager positions.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience for Assistant-level positions.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for our Management Trainee programs.
3. Industry Expertise: Proven track record or knowledge within the palm oil plantation and milling industry.
4. Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
5. Work Ethic: Resilience to work effectively under pressure and a willingness to be deployed to the Gunung Mas site immediately.
