As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in Sawangan, Depok. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our machinery runs at peak performance and that our production standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently operate and monitor production machinery throughout the processing cycle.
* Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure seamless operational uptime.
* Monitor output to guarantee that product quality aligns with our rigorous corporate standards.
* Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and meet production targets.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator is highly preferred, particularly within the food/beverage or warehouse sectors.
* Aptitude: Proven ability to operate complex machinery or a strong willingness to undergo intensive on-the-job training.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work according to a shift schedule.
