## 1. Hatchery Division

* Water Treatment & Engineering Staff: Requires foundational familiarity with utility infrastructure, routine maintenance, and water purification protocols.
* Civil & Project Hatchery Staff: Demands basic structural engineering insight paired with the ability to interpret technical blueprints accurately.
* Fish Breeding Supervisor: Focuses on broodstock research and advancement. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries alongside a minimum of three years of relevant professional background.
* Biofeed / Algae Staff: Involves rigorous laboratory diagnostics combined with algae cultivation techniques.
* Mechanical & Electrical Hatchery Staff: Calls for core competencies in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical anomalies.
* MNPD Hatchery Staff: Focuses on early-stage shrimp breeding practices and day-to-day hatchery execution.
Division Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Fisheries, Biology, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely aligned disciplines (excluding the Fish Breeding Supervisor role).
* Adaptability to dynamic working hours.
* Both fresh graduates and professionals with at least one year of relative tenure are welcome to apply, excepting the Supervisor position.
* Exceptional interpersonal, coordination, analytical, and detail-oriented traits.
## 2. Manufacturing Division
Placement: Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Kendal, Cikampek, Medan, and Lampung
* Mechanical Supervisor: Mastery of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, with AutoCAD proficiency acting as a distinct advantage.
* Warehouse Supervisor: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with prior exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
