Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet exacting industry standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Open to male candidates holding a vocational high school (SMK) or diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
* Experience Level: Both fresh graduates and candidates with prior manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Must be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately. Familiarity with dimensional measuring tools—such as vernier calipers and micrometers—serves as a distinct advantage.
* Operational Mindset: A strong foundational understanding of or enthusiasm for Kaizen (continuous improvement) methodologies to boost workplace quality and efficiency.
* Personal Traits: High levels of honesty, meticulousness, discipline, proactiveness, and organizational skill, complemented by clear and effective communication abilities.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness and readiness to work in a rotating shift system.

* Review and interpret technical blueprints to guide daily manufacturing activities.
