## Position Overview: Engineering Section Head (Robotic)
The Engineering Section Head (Robotic) plays a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s competitive edge by overseeing advanced automation systems. Core Responsibilities
* System Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of robotic system enhancements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
* Autonomous Maintenance: Lead proactive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance.
* Team Leadership: Manage the engineering department’s productivity and maintain strict adherence to workplace discipline and standard operating procedures.
* Strategic Planning: Ensure all engineering projects and systemic workflows are executed precisely according to the project timeline and technical requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
