## Production Operator Role Overview
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of Chocomory’s manufacturing excellence. This role demands precision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of premium confectionery products.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Execution: Operate production machinery strictly according to provided operational guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensure all production equipment and work areas are meticulously maintained and cleaned to uphold sanitary standards.
* Quality Assurance: Take full ownership of the quality of products handled throughout the manufacturing process.
* Compliance: Implement and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5R methodologies, and all relevant health and safety protocols.
* Efficiency: Consistently meet established production targets and provide regular progress reports to the Production Team Leader.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow within a professional manufacturing environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
