## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this career-defining program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
* Maximum age of 25 years.
* Active participation in organizational activities is considered an advantage.
* Maintain an ideal Body Mass Index (BMI) under 30.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and adaptive skills.
* Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
