## Job Overview: Waste Management Operator (Forklift)
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently looking for a qualified professional to fill the Waste Management Operator (Forklift) position. This role is crucial for maintaining environmental compliance, safety standards, and operational efficiency within the facility's waste storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle the handling, management, and secure storage of hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in strict adherence to established safety protocols and material characteristics.
* Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing waste transactions at the Temporary Storage Facility (TPS), ensuring accurate verification of quantities, material types, and transport documentation completeness.
* Maintain optimal cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the TPS area, including proper drum arrangement, clear waste labeling, and facility upkeep.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic waste management reports to supervisors and relevant departments to satisfy internal compliance and external regulatory requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum educational background of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Possession of a valid and active Forklift License (SIO).
* Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for accurate data recording, inventory processing, and waste report compilation.
* High level of attention to detail regarding incoming and outgoing waste logs, encompassing types, quantities, and accompanying transport documents.
* Solid understanding of sorting, labeling, storage, and handling protocols for both hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste streams.
* Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles, environmental protection guidelines, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilization, and facility sanitation standards.
