Daikin is currently expanding its operational team and is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our facility as a Staff Store (Warehouse). This role is critical to maintaining the seamless flow of materials and inventory precision that our manufacturing processes demand.
Core Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse materials, ensuring operational efficiency through the following tasks:
* Material Processing: Handling all incoming and outgoing material transactions with high accuracy.
* Documentation Management: Preparing and meticulously managing delivery notes to ensure supply chain transparency.
* Inventory Control: Leading and assisting in weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) activities to reconcile physical assets with system records.
* File Maintenance: Organizing and maintaining warehouse documentation, ensuring files are filed neatly and remain easily accessible for audit purposes.
Professional Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who possess:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related field.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar warehousing or inventory position.
