The Site Officer Shift position is critical for maintaining uninterrupted fuel supply chains at client locations. Professionals in this capacity act as the frontline managers of energy distribution, ensuring that every operational phase—from initial receipt to final dispensing—adheres to strict industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily fuel receipt, storage, and distribution workflows directly at customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Maintain optimal fuel stock levels to meet operational demands while keeping inventories within designated safe thresholds.
* Data Management: Execute rigorous monitoring, logging, and stock reconciliation across daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
* Facility Maintenance: Oversee bulk storage tanks, conduct accurate volume measurements, monitor product quality, and inspect storage infrastructure integrity.
* Loss Prevention: Identify, report, and initiate preliminary investigations into any inventory discrepancies (gains or losses).
