## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure our trainees are well-equipped to drive our strategic vision forward, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Attainment: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from relevant disciplines:
Economics:* Track 5
Management:* Tracks 4 and 5
Engineering:* Tracks 1 and 2
Accounting:* Track 3
Psychology:* Track 4
* Academic Excellence: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, as well as professionals with 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Drive and Passion: Exceptional enthusiasm for the business and energy sector, specifically aligned with Track 5.
* Mobility: Complete willingness to be stationed at any of Enerma’s operational locations.
* Core Competencies:
* Robust interpersonal and management capabilities.
* Demonstrated leadership potential and unwavering personal integrity.
* A genuine, energetic passion for innovation and continuous learning.
* Technical and Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
