1. Tender Administration Specialist
Job Description
* Prepare, manage, and compile tender documents in strict accordance with project requirements.
* Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all tender documentation.
* Guarantee that all tender documents are submitted punctually and in adherence to established procedures.
* Monitor and proactively follow up on the status of ongoing tenders.
* Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of tenders and project information.
* Provide essential support during the tender evaluation process and in the preparation of related reports.
Qualifications
* A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
* At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil & gas industries.
* Thorough understanding of tender processes, documentation, and contractual agreements.
* Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of performing effectively under strict deadlines.
* Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to be placed in Jakarta.
2. Management Representative (MR)
Job Description
* Ensure the successful implementation and continuous development of the Company's Management Systems.
* Manage and oversee the application of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Act as the primary liaison between management and certification bodies/auditors.
* Prepare, control, and evaluate management system documentation.
* Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
* Contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support corporate compliance with quality, occupational health & safety (OHS), and environmental standards.
Qualifications
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Management Representative, QHSE, or ISO System professional.
* Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Familiarity with conducting internal audits and handling external audits.
* Demonstrates excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in fabrication, construction, EPC, or manufacturing companies will be considered a significant advantage.
