1. Site Administrator (Fresh Graduate)
The Site Administrator is responsible for managing organizational workflows, documentation, and administrative support at our international project sites.
* Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
* Academic achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Technical skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Logistical requirement: Must be willing to be stationed on-site in Zambia, Africa.
2. Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
The Site Engineer role is critical to our technical operations, involving structural oversight and precision engineering tasks.
* Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
* Academic achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Technical proficiency: Competency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Tekla, or Navisworks.
* Deployment schedule: Candidates must be willing to undergo initial training and work at our workshop in Cikarang, West Java, followed by deployment to project sites in Zambia, Africa.
