1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geological, or Geodetic Engineering (or related). Minimum 2–3 years of experience. Must hold POP certification (with JUT certification for Section Head roles).
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructure Track Group Leader.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, valid POP certification, and TOT/Assessor credentials.
3. Operation Department
* Role: External Relation Section Head.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sociology, HR, or Law. Minimum 3 years of experience in resolving external operational issues.
4. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department
* Role: SHE Section Head.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering or Public Health. Minimum 3 years of experience with POP, ISMKP, and AK3U certifications.
5. OTD (Organization & Talent Development) Department
* Roles: OTD Section Head, Instructor.
* Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of instructional experience. OTD Section Head requires a D3/S1 degree, while the Instructor role is open to High School (SMA/K) graduates. Valid POP and TOT certifications are mandatory.
