* Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geodesy, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience for Section Head roles, and 2 years for Group Leader positions.
* Mandatory POP certification for all roles; JUT certification required for Survey Group Leader.
* Proficiency in data analysis, system development, and relevant industry software.
2. Plant Department
* Positions: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructor, Track Group Leader, Wheel Group Leader, Tyre Group Leader.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant major.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
* Mandatory POP certification; TOT and Assessor certifications are required for the Plant Instructor role.
* Strong technical aptitude, data management skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
3. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department
* Positions: SHE Mining & Operational Control Section Head, SHE System Evaluation Training Section Head, SHE Mining & Operational Control Group Leader, Safety Environment Group Leader, SHE Data Evaluation Group Leader.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
* 3 years of experience for Section Head roles; 1 year for Group Leader roles.
