PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) stands at the forefront of Indonesia’s renewable energy transition. Established in 2002 through a strategic partnership between PT Pertamina and PT PLN, GeoDipa has grown into a cornerstone of Indonesia’s green infrastructure, specializing in the exploration, exploitation, and development of high-capacity geothermal power plants in Dieng and Patuha.
We are currently opening doors for talented, high-achieving students and recent graduates to join our professional team through the Direct Use Internship Program. ## Internship Positions and Academic Requirements
We are seeking motivated individuals from diverse academic backgrounds to join our specialized teams:
1. Technical Engineering Units
* Process Engineering: Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics.
* Piping & Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Material/Metallurgy Engineering, Marine/Naval Engineering, Petroleum Engineering.
* Civil Engineering: Civil Engineering, Architecture.
2. Strategic Support and CSR
* Project & Risk Support: Industrial Engineering, Management, Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics/Information Systems, Accounting, Economics.
* Aquaculture Engineer: Aquaculture, Fisheries, Fisheries Product Technology.
* Agricultural Engineer: Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Agricultural Product Technology, Agricultural Science.
* Food Technologist: Food Science and Technology.
* Social Media Designer: Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Communication/Multimedia, Art/Design.
* CSR Officer: Social Development, Communication Science, Public Relations, Sociology, Social Welfare, Community Development, Public Administration, Management.
* Procurement/Legal Support: Law, Management, Industrial Engineering.
## General Qualifications
To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Current students or fresh graduates with a background relevant to the target position.
* Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a professional team.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, initiative-driven mindset.
* High level of personal integrity and professional commitment.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Dieng Unit in Central Java.
* Availability for a minimum two-month internship duration.
