1. Store Project & Development Supervisor
Location: Semarang
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee our store development initiatives.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail projects, store development, or interior renovations.
* Strong technical understanding of material procurement, contractor coordination, and field project execution.
* Proficiency in interior layout design, visual merchandising, and aesthetic display.
* Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage tight budgets, timelines, and rigorous quality targets.
2. Area Sales Manager
Locations: Tangerang, South Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan
Expand our market presence by driving sales strategies and strengthening dealer networks.
* Requirements:
* Male, maximum age 45.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
* At least 2–3 years of sales management experience, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
* Deep understanding of canvassing techniques, retail sales strategies, and dealer management.
* Must possess a valid Driving License (SIM A).
* High mobility and readiness for frequent inter-city travel.
* Knowledge of basic after-sales service and warranty claims is a distinct advantage.
3. Video Editor
Location: Semarang
Help us bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Professional video cutting, pacing, and subtitling.
* Creation of motion graphics, typography, and callout features.
* Ensuring consistent brand aesthetics across various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
* Managing full-cycle editing workflows from first cut to final export.
* Supporting field production and camera operations when necessary.
* Requirements:
* Age 20–35; minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* At least 1 year of experience in digital content editing.
* Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
* Strong visual sense and high attention to detail.
4. Content Creator Specialist (End-to-End)
Location: Semarang
Take ownership of our digital narrative and engage our community across social platforms.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Develop creative concepts, produce high-quality media, and execute publishing schedules.
* Serve as the on-camera talent for promotional and educational videos.
* Stay ahead of social media trends to maximize brand engagement.
* Manage content planning and post-performance evaluation.
* Requirements:
* Experience as a content creator is highly preferred.
* Confident personality and comfortable appearing on camera.
* Proficiency with mobile editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
* Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
* Creative storytelling skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
