General Requirements
* Gender: Male (Required for all open positions).
* Communication: Active proficiency in English is mandatory for all applicants.

Educational Qualifications
* Training Staff: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Psychology.
* SHE Staff: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Occupational Safety and Health.
* Utility, R&D, Quality Control, and PPIC Staff: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
