## About the Role: Utility Operator
PT. Hyun Jin Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and skilled Utility Operator to ensure the seamless functioning of critical facility systems. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily production activities by maintaining the highest standards of equipment reliability and workplace safety.
Key Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be entrusted with several core operational duties designed to optimize plant performance:
* Facility Management: Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on essential utility infrastructure, including Air Conditioning systems, Compressors, Chillers, and Water Treatment Systems.
* Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date daily operational records and compile comprehensive reports for management review.
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and proactive servicing to maximize equipment efficiency, extend machinery lifespan, and prevent unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues as they arise within the utility systems.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure all daily tasks strictly adhere to corporate safety policies, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Utility Operator position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum graduation from SMK or Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Utility Operator. Background within a manufacturing company setting is strongly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of compressors, chillers, and auxiliary utility systems that support large-scale production.
Safety Awareness: Fundamental knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety / Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja*).
* Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work within a structured shift system.
